Does the Automower® 440 iQ need a boundary wire?
No. It can use virtual boundaries with EPOS® satellite positioning. Physical boundary wire is also an option.
What does it need for wire-free navigation?
The mower needs EPOS® positioning data through Husqvarna Cloud coverage or an EPOS® RS1 reference station. Check cloud coverage for your property before installation.
How large an area can it mow?
It’s rated for up to 8,000 m² in systematic mowing or 4,000 m² in irregular mowing.
Can it handle sloping lawns?
Yes. It can manage slopes up to 45% inside the installation. The maximum slope at the boundary is 15%.
Can I manage different lawn areas?
Yes. Use the Automower® Connect app to create work areas, set schedules and mark temporary stay-out zones.
Can I change the cutting height?
Yes. Adjust it electrically from 25 mm to 100 mm through the app.
Does it return to charge automatically?
Yes. It automatically returns to its charging station when it needs to recharge.
